The Holistic Coaching Process
The Holistic Coaching method comprises a variety of specific therapeutic techniques and approaches, all designed by your experienced practitioner, to offer effective ways to support you in creating positive change in your life.
Following your initial discovery session, I will create a bespoke therapy program that incorporates a number of different traditional and specialized methods to achieve the best possible results.
As your partner and coach, I will guide you on your journey to strengthen your relationship with yourself and your sense of belonging and purpose in certain or all aspects of your life.
How Holistic Coaching Works
In order to break through the barriers that are holding you back, Holistic Coaching and its components are designed to focus on your overall health and wellbeing. Our minds and bodies are interconnected, therefore, the quality of our sleep, exercise, and the food we consume, all have a direct impact on our mental and physical state. By focusing on the entirety of our being, we can create sustainable and long-lasting positive changes.
As you progress, the goal is to keep track of your goals, find out what is stopping you from achieving those goals, and finally, how we can tackle those obstacles and support you moving forward.
