"The key to a blooming life is self-discovery"
... is the Founder & CEO of Blooming Key. She is a former passionate Senior Manager with 16 years of experience across consumer goods and healthcare in Europe and the Middle East.
2017 she realized she had ticked all her career goals and it was time to set new ones and move on. While discovering her new purpose in life she came across ThetaHealing and started her own journey within. After becoming a ThetaHealing practitioner she started the training & certification process to become a Co-Active Coach with CTI. As a pioneering organization in the training industry, CTI® has rigorously developed coaching and leadership programs and has been awarded the most trusted accreditations and affiliations from around the world; just about the standard Bettina is aiming for.
In Bettina's opinion coaches need to be familiar with a range of theories and approaches and be able to combine the best aspects. Therefore she constantly evolves through continuous training. Her ability to critically connect separate models enables her to combine and apply them in creative ways for tailored coaching that is really innovative, robust and successful.
Combining and using the studied techniques and building on her corporate leadership experience, managing teams and inspiring them over years, Bettina Koster offers a unique approach to unleash your hidden potential.
