I am passionate about practicing what I preach and “walking the talk.” I am committed to following a healthy mental and physical lifestyle. I have built a successful career and business, and am devoted to my friends and family, including my husband, two children and a dog!

While highly analytical, I believe laughter is one of life’s best medicines, and therefore, ensure that humour plays a role in adding a level of comfort to your coaching sessions. I also believe transparency is vital in establishing trust, so I am very open and honest about my own struggles and hurdles that have led me to where I am today.


While the idea of holistic bio-energetic coaching might seem a bit daunting and otherworldly at first, I assure you that my approach is very down to earth, light-hearted—and fun! 2. Thought-provoking questions

  • Why is this current goal important to you?

  • For life to be perfect, what has to change?

  • What are you most excited about now?

  • What's bothering you the most right now?

The purpose of my coaching questions is simply to help you learn and grow. I will gently support and guide you to challenge yourself and the way you think. That's to help you figure out what you want and why. It's my questions that help you identify solutions: how to get there, what you'll do—and when. Questions also raise awareness about who you are, what matters, where you get in your own way and how you could be—and do—better.

3. Self-paced sessions

Every session is centred around the present moment: What are we focusing on today? Why is that important now? What will a ‘good outcome’ look like? This ensures we make the best use of the time we spend together, and that you get the best value.

In order for you to break through your challenges and experience a profound shift, your process is a personal journey of self-empowerment and enlightenment. Each session brings the potential to break through old habits and forming new ones. As you transform and become more self-aware, I will be there to support you every step of the way.

Finding new purpose


I am a former Senior Manager with 16 years of experience across consumer goods and healthcare in Europe and the Middle East. In 2017, I realized I had ticked all my career goals and it was time to set new ones. While discovering my new purpose in life, I discovered ThetaHealing and started my own journey within. After becoming a ThetaHealing practitioner, I started the training & certification process to become a Co-Active Coach with CTI. As a pioneering organization in the training industry, CTI® has rigorously developed coaching and leadership programs, and has been awarded the most trusted accreditations and affiliations from around the world—in line with the standard of coaching I believe clients deserve.


Living the life of my dreams beyond my own expectations provides me the great honour in helping others find theirs. My personal journey and extensive coaching training enables me to give my clients the ability to gain clarity, build confidence, and conquer fears, so they can take action in finding their path of strength to reach their full potential, even it seems overwhelming.
